Stretch with UHS

At UHS, we provide safe and effective workplace stretching programs customized to the needs of each client and designed by our expert clinicians. Our programs prepare workers for the specific tasks they will perform, taking into account both work requirements and the employee population unique to each employer. New Hire Fit-For-Duty

Not every great candidate demonstrates a Passing score on their Post-Offer Employment Test, but that doesn’t have to mean the employer loses out on a good employee. To help clients fill on-demand positions, UHS developed a companion program to our POET which provides mandatory job conditioning over the first 8 weeks of employment. Candidates qualifying for the program are provided targeted job coaching and fitness instruction to raise their baseline and prepare them for the physical aspects of their assigned job.
