JEA Safety Conference-Ergonomics & Body Mechanics

Unify Health Services’ President, Kelly Ingram-Mitchell was the invited guest speaker at the JEA Safety SHAPE Conference on Thursday, June 23rd 2016. Workplace Ergonomics and Sprain/Strain Injuries were the areas of focus throughout the presentation as well as class participation.

Using proper body mechanics and ergonomics not only in the workplace but at all times can help prevent injuries from occurring.
