Important Update

Onsite Clinical Providers and Client Partners

Unify Health Services, LLC is actively monitoring the emerging Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and taking proactive measures to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. During this duration of time, If you have a cold or flu or are experiencing a fever (100.4°F / 38°C or higher), cough, or have trouble breathing, we ask  for the safety of you and others that you please notify our team and reschedule your appointment and follow all additional instructions regarding reporting specific to your employer. Please ensure you are symptom free for at least 24 hours prior to rescheduling any of your onsite program appointments.

Our staff is taking all of the proper precautions as we always have and are following the WHO World Health Organization and  CDC’s guidelines for disinfecting all areas, especially frequently touched surfaces.  Please note during this time, Prevention Service providers may wear gloves during intervention sessions as well as properly disposing of them.  Masks may be worn during interventions by our service providers to ensure extra safety measures. Additionally, all of our staff has undergone mandatory education to recognize symptoms of COVID-19 and provided instructions on immediately reporting breaches or any potential exposures to their supervisors.
