Director of Provider Relations and Quality Assurance

Lana Clark serves as the Director of Provider Relations and Quality Assurance for Unify Health Services. Her over 15 years of experience in workers compensation and customer service informs her understanding of client needs, her skills in contract negotiation, and her ability to analyze medical reports. Lana holds a degree in Public Relations from St. Johns State College in Palatka, Fl.

As a founding member of UHS, Lana oversees a team of highly qualified individuals and ensures all incoming and outgoing documents demonstrate the accuracy and integrity standards held by Unify Health Services. Lana works closely with provider contracting and credentialing teams to keep all services current for her clients.  She seeks out quality providers to service her clients, and she looks forward to further expanding Unify’s provider network.
