Vice President: Business Development

Jill Baxter brings over 20 years of expertise in the fields of workers’ compensation and disability. The past 15 years have been focused on the development and growth of a national work injury management network in which she was instrumental in bringing the network from a regional to a national presence.

From day one with Unify, Jill has assisted employers in producing measurable results as they address their return to work obstacles. These results are achieved by reducing work comp claims costs through employer prevention programs and implementation of true therapy partners. Her primary role within the organization is overseeing our top tiered marketing team, organizing all project development, coordinating national account management, and promoting clinical education. She provides additional support to provider relations and operations.

She actively serves as a Board Member of IARP (International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals) Southeast Florida Chapter for over 18 years as Education and Training Chair as well as Conference Chair, and is the Past President for the Florida State IARP Chapter.
